Sarah Thomas Chart.PR MCIPR, MCIM
DIRECTOR
Sarah set up weave to provide smaller and mid-sized organisations with access to the benefits of an experienced inhouse marketing and comms service, and additional expertise and resource for projects and campaigns.
She has over 15 years’ experience delivering smart, strategic marketing communications in the housing and charity sectors and loves working collaboratively to design impactful and creative brand and communication strategies.
With expertise in community-based and resident-led housing, care, development and regeneration, Sarah delivered award-winning marketing, communications and PR at organisations including Phoenix Community Housing, and the Octavia Foundation. She served as a Board Member and Non-Executive Director of SW9 Community Housing (part of Sovereign Network Group) and has delivered projects as a contractor for organisations including Currys plc.
Sarah is a Chartered PR Practitioner and Associate of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and a Chartered Marketer and member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
Rachel Harrison
CONSULTANT
Rachel has deep and broad experience in both internal and external communications and PR, and specialises in values-led communications, branding and strategy. She likes to bring ideas and energy gained from over two decades of experience working in roles across a variety of sectors including not-for-profit, housing, hospitality and commercial.
Formerly Assistant Director of Communications at Octavia, Rachel now works as a communications consultant for purpose-led brands including household name Tate & Lyle where she has delivered global internal communications and transformation and change programmes.
Rachel’s an award-winning communicator who puts the audience at the heart of everything she does and strives to create meaningful communications to help clients engage with their audiences.
