Project:
Communications strategy, rebrand and website

Client:
CHP

CHP is a construction consultancy with expertise in sustainable construction across sectors including renewable energy, commercial workspace and industrial.

At a significant point in their growth, weave was appointed to develop a new marketing and communications strategy for the business.

Informed by workshops with leadership and focus groups with the team, the strategy was comprehensive including a new vision statement and values, positioning and messaging plan.

Cocreated with the team, the strategy was guided by clear objectives tied to the business’s wider commercial goals and included a detailed action plan.

We subsequently worked to deliver a full rebrand and new website for the business, supporting CHP to develop a brief and appoint creative partners and a digital agency.

Our services included:

-       development of new sales and marketing materials and templates

-       content planning, creation and copy writing

-       management and creation of 30+ case studies for web and print

-       agency and project management including brand photography.

When the rebrand and website launched in late 2022, we delivered training to CHP’s UK and New York based teams to introduce and embed the new brand, processes and resources.

We continue to work with CHP on a retainer basis, providing flexible communications guidance and expertise, content and copywriting and digital marketing support.

Working with weave exceeded our expectations and transformed our approach to marketing and communications.

We’re thrilled with our new brand and website, and the results our new communications strategy is delivering, and would absolutely recommend Sarah and her team.

They understood our ambitions, challenges and business quickly and Sarah’s expertise, enthusiasm and excellent connections made the process simple and straightforward.
