We worked with Save the Children UK to develop a communications and messaging strategy for an internal change programme.

Working with their Internal Communications, Organisational Development and People teams, weave designed and facilitated a bespoke one-day workshop to develop a practical and responsible communications plan and to bring energy and creativity to the project.

After identifying and articulating the communication and messaging challenges, we designed a creative planning workshop that brought together key players and decision makers to identify and agree key stakeholders and influencers, objectives and messaging.

After the workshop, we refined and developed a communications and messaging strategy which included a practical communications action plan. We worked on a retainer basis to provide flexible comms expertise and resource to the team as they delivered the action plan.
