Leaf Living approached us to develop elements of their brand strategy – including brand values, style and tone of voice – at a key stage in their growth and ahead of the launch of a new website and customer portal.

We worked hand in hand with their marketing and lettings team to get under the skin of their business, brand and ambition for customers. Our work included an audit of existing materials, conversations with their investors and key internal stakeholders, and competitor analysis.

We created a bespoke half-day creative workshop for the Leaf Living team to explore their offer to customers and to creatively reflect these priorities in their values, style and tone of voice. 

After our recommendations for brand values and style were accepted, we developed content and copy for their new website including sales and landing pages for their new developments across the UK, frequently asked questions and information for residents and prospective customers.

 

Sarah and Rachel are talented strategists and copywriters and were able to translate our key messages into great copy.
